A little light rain won't stop us. If conditions become genuinely unsafe (high winds, heavy weather) we'll reach out as soon as we know and work with you to find a new date. We want your night to be great, so we'll never push ahead if the conditions aren't right.
Just text your East Hampton Bonfires team member at least 30 minutes before you plan to head out. That gives us time to transition the supervision of the fire.
Just fill out the booking form on our website. If the booking form does not suit your needs, please reach out and tell us your date, group size, and what kind of evening you're picturing. We'll take it from there. A 50% deposit confirms your booking, and the rest you can look forward to.

We handle all the setup so you can just show up and enjoy. When you arrive, the fire is already going, the tiki torches are lit, and everything is arranged on the beach waiting for you. All fires can legally run from 6 PM to midnight so you've got the whole evening to relax, eat, drink, and take in the ocean air.
Casual — $500
Perfect for a smaller gathering. Includes a firepit with firewood, seating for up to 5 guests, and 5 tiki torches to set the mood.
Premium — $750
Designed for larger groups or anyone who wants the full experience. Everything in Classic, plus up to 15 chairs, a beach blanket, a cooler with ice, and a serving table. It's a full evening, sorted.
Both packages include professional setup and breakdown.
Absolutely. We offer a range of add-ons to make the night your own. From s'mores kits to private sound baths and more. Just mention what you're thinking when you reach out and we'll help put it together.
It's one of our favorite things to help plan. A bonfire on the beach is a genuinely memorable backdrop for a proposal, a milestone birthday, a family reunion, or just a special night out with friends. Tell us what you're celebrating and we'll make sure the setup feels right.

As early as you can! Especially in summer when evenings fill up fast. That said, we're pretty flexible. Reach out whenever you're ready and we'll do our best to make it work. Have a big group or a special occasion coming up with short notice? Still worth a message, we'll always try to make it work.
Groups of any size are welcome. For parties of 15 or more, just reach out directly before booking — larger gatherings have a few extra logistics we'll want to work through together to make sure everyone has a great time.
Yes, bring whatever you like. Pack a cooler, order in, or make a whole spread of it. The one thing to keep in mind is no glass on the beach, so bottles and glassware should stay home. If you're bringing a catering company or a private chef, just give us a heads-up so we can coordinate with them.
We take care of the fire and the setup, so you just need to bring yourselves and whatever food and drinks you want. A light layer for later in the evening is always a good idea, it cools down on the beach after dark. Also check out our add-ons for a hassle free night!
